For PhD students:

Our lab is looking for PhD students each year (starting in Spring or Fall) to work on challenging problems in machine learning (bayesian deep learning, active learning, etc), natural language processing (large language model, privacy protection, trustworthy learning, etc), and computer vision (video understanding, multimodal learning, robotic vision, medical imaging, etc). If you'd like to know our research work, please refer to our publications at this page.

Requirements: (1) PhD students should be highly self-motivated with relevant research experience in related fields; (2) A MS degree in CS or related areas is required; (3) Solid background in mathematics and strong programming ability in C++/Python are desired; (4) The students must be familiar with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch); (5) Having publication(s) in relevant areas is a must.
